Any recipe critiques would be appreciated along with hopping schedule suggestions.

Session APA
5 lbs Marris Otter
1 lb. Munich
.5 lb. Victory
.5 lb. Crystal 20
.5 lb Crystal 40

(what do you think about .25 lb flaked wheat?)

60 min. mash at 154

For hops I'm thinking 30 to 40 IBUs

.5 oz. Centennial at 60 min.
1 oz. Amarillo at 15 min.
1 oz. Amarillo at Flameout
1 oz. Amarillo dry hop

With the malts you've chosen along with the pound of crustal malt, then mashed at won't need the flaked wheat. It will have plenty of malty body on it's own.
