I made my first cider today, and i used the same recipie as buddhabuddha. I was going to add the concentrate but i couldent find a concentrate that didnt have preservitives. Is there a concentrate w/out preservetives and i just need to look harder, or is it ok to use one with preserves if the bulk of the apple juice does not?
On another note, my local brew store told me to use wine yeast, and i asked if it would become to dry he said that it might but you can always sweeten it up by killing the yeast and adding sweetner(suger) after its all done. He gave me step by step instructions on how to.
