Looking for food recipes that are spicy... really spicy. Anything works.

The recipe will make 3 dozen eggs:

3 dozen hardboiled eggs (cook and have shelled)

in a large pot, put in the following:
1 quart distilled white vinegar
1 sliced onion
1 Tablespoon mustard seed
1 Tablespoon Dill seed
1 Tablespoon black pepper corns
1 Tablespoon celery seed
a few dashes of red pepper flakes
6 cloves of garlic
2 16oz. jars of jalapenos with the juices.

Boil the ingredients in the pot for 15 minutes. While cooking place the shelled eggs into glass jars, when the mixture is done boiling, pour into the jars over the eggs, if there is not enough vinegar mixture to fill the jars, add some hot water. Then place the tops on, and put in the refrigerator for 7 days so they can absorb the flavors.


these are really good, nice and spicy. the onion is optional IMO it gets soggy.

Atomic Buffalo Turds - search for the recipe here. Basically jalepenos stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.

I've got a chili recipe that's seriously spicy too if you want that.

Neither of these are super hot but have a nice kick and can always be adjusted.

Here is a thread on New Orleans-style BBQ shrimp (don't be fooled by 'BBQ', they're more like 'Buffalo' shrimp). I just did them on the stove and only cooked a couple minutes each side.

Experimenting/attempting to make a Red Tomatillo Chile sauce similar to Chipotle's I came up with this recipe for a mexi hot sauce (it's not the same as Chipotle's but is in the same neighborhood):

Tomatillo Red-Chile sauce
½ tsp cumin seed (whole)
½ tsp coriander seed (whole)
4 allspice berries (whole)
1 TBS garlic (roasted/mashed)
~12 med tomatillos
1 small can chipotle de adobo
¼ cup Tabasco Chipotle sauce
1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper

Roast tomatillos and garlic in 425* F oven for ~30 min or until browned.
Mash roasted garlic into a paste (reserve the rest for other cooking).
Toast cumin/coriander/allspice in pan, then grind in coffee grinder.
Combine all ingredients in blender/food processor and puree until smooth (you'll still have seeds).
Heat puree in pot to almost boil (I only did this to ensure it was santized since I keep it around for a while).

Grilled Chicken Wings

I dont really ever measure so use amounts that fit your taste

onions
garlic
can of chipotle peppers (with adobo sauce)
brown sugar
salt
pepper
soy sauce
wostershire sauce
ketchup
ancho chilli pepper
a little cinnamon
cumin

sweat onions and garlic
add everyting else and blend together with a hand blender

Grill wings, or you could bake them
(cook pretty much all the way before adding sauce due to the sugar level)
Add sauce once wings are cooked and crisp them up with the sauce

Tastes great with a blue cheese dipping sauce

Enjoy
