Mine was the first pour off my kegorator. I only did 2 batches in bottles before going to kegs and will NEVER go back unless its a special beer I want to age a long time. I was so damn excited I texted the picture of my first pour to a few friends at work. Kinda felt like magic lol.

Drinking a bottle from my first batch and thinking "Well hell, that wasn't horrible..." and then realizing, this isn't as hard as I thought...

It has been all downhill since then...

On deck : DFB Triple Black Death By Chocolate Stout
Primary: Notta...
Secondary: 21 Year Mead...
Kegged : DFB Belgian Pale, DFB Brown, DFB Belgian Dark Strong, DFB Cider...

Racing home to get my wife a change of clothes after her appendix was removed. I took at peek at my hefe fermenting in a bucket... the krausen started coming up out of the airlock and it smelled great, I was like ****, i must have done something right!
Yo, What's Wrong With The Beer We Got? I Mean the Beer we got drank pretty Good Don't It? I Ain't Never Heard nobody complain about the beer we have..... It Drank Pretty Good. Budweiser...What's the name of some of them other beers ?

Smelling hops for the first time.
Ontap: Hard Cider
Primary: IIPA, All-Tythos IPA
On Deck: Munich Dunkel, Classic Rauch, Breakfast Porter, American Stout
