This is sort of a rip off from Northern Brewer's cream ale. I added a pound of corn sugar and increased the boil to 75 minutes.

1 Pkgs SafAle American Ale (DCL Yeast #S-05) Yeast-Ale
Mash @ 150 for 60 min.
Double batch sparge, equal amounts.(no mashout)
Add corn sugar.
Boil for 75 minutes.
1 oz cluster @ 60 min.
Cool wort to 68*F
Pitch yeast, aerate and ferment at 68*F
I primary for 10 days then transfer to secondary, add gelatin and cold crash at around 41*F for 10 days.
I carbonate sort of high. After a week on the gas it is ready to drink!
