Default light in color irish stout?

this is my first brew, it tastes great but is not really as dark as i had hoped or thought... we did a grain and extract recipe, we followed all directions but it care out very light...should we call is something else or just drink it and stay with Irish stout?

yeah call it a brown or something as long as you like it.
