suspend bag in water, turn burner on. Let water come up to temp. Once it reaches 165 either remove the bag if it's been 20-30 minutes or throttle burner back to no go above 165 for a total of 20-30 minutes in the water.
Lift bag out of water letting it drip till it's mostly done. Discard. Don't squeeze. This can release undesirable tannins.
