Hey there!,

I am thinking about making a keg I have into a fermenter. How tough is it to harvest yeast from these? How are you getting your yeast out.

One idea is to invert the keg in normal operation and add a corny lid in the former bottom of keg(now top of fermenter) and rig a dump valve at the Sankey connector now at the base.

Let me know your thought.

Works great for me. You just move the racking cane all the way down and push out yeast...
