I brewed a batch of the duvel clone from BYO's Clone issue. Put in primary last Sat. Everything's swell but just have a few questions. The recipe calls for additional sugar and yeast nutrient (dosage). Does that mean that I boil up the additional sugar and nutrient, let it cool down to 68 and then add to the secondary after I've dumped off (I have a conical).?

DISCLAIMER: I have never brewed this style before.

BUT from what I understand about the style, what you describe is exactly what you need to do.
6.5 Gallon Primary: Empty
5 Gallon Secondary: Empty
Bottled & Drinking: Holiday Ale, Pale Rye Ale, Bridgeport ESB Clone project v1.0
Bottled & Conditioning: Michael Richards' NOT Racist Ale
Best of 2006: All Saints' IPA, Six-Malt Amber Ale, McClelland's Irish Red Ale
On Deck: English Honey Bitter, Chocolate Stout, House Pale Ale
