I'm still pretty green at brewing, but I went on a tour of Victory brewing this saturday and convinced a brewer to give me some yeast!!! I'm pretty darn pumped, it came out of a tank fermenting a wet hopped IPA.
I brought a bottle full of starsan with me, that's what I used to bring it home, then put it in the fridge. Any suggestions on making it last? make a bunch of starters, the refridge?
