I've always been fascinated by the history pertaining to our favorite fermented beverage. Just the fact that you can honestly say beer could have been the harbinger of civilization, has to make you smirk.

Wheat, Barley, Vegetables; they used it all. I would love to try and make some of these recreations myself.

Does anyone have any information available for historical recipes backed by sources? I've looked around a little, and haven't found too too much.

Prost!

Revvy's one of the cool reverends. He has a Harley and a t-shirt that says on the back "If you can read this, the bitch was Raptured. - Madman

I gotta tell ya, just between us girls, that Revvy is HOT. Very tall, gorgeous grey hair and a terrific smile. He's very good looking in person, with a charismatic personality... he drives like a ****ing maniac! - YooperBrew
