well i don't have a large enough fridge to put it in so i have a very close family friend that owns a restaurant with a walk in fridge and i work there as a waiter and the fridge stays around 38F will it stop fermenting or will it just take an extremely long time

Red Mail Ale (red-tail ale Clone)5 gal

Deluge Imperial Russian stout
Solid Nut Brown Ale
Foot N' Mouth IPA
Shakmat Weiss King Weiss Bier

You need to have it around 50. It won't do well at 38.
