I am making a wild yeast culture from water, honey sugar and apricots (I will use this for making ginger ale). When the culture is ready, and the apricots are removed, can I in some way use them to make a new culture? Something like putting them into water, and then feed with sugar? If so, how much sugar/honey should I add (compared to the amount I added in the first place)?

Search the forum for "yeast washing" for information on reusing yeast. If you're interested in storing long term, there's some good info around about creating a frozen yeast bank, as well as making yeast slants (just search for these terms and you'll find some good stuff).
