Default Time to start thinking winter warmer

Let's start throwin out some ideas for winter warmers this year! Personally, I think I am going to make a caremely, rich black IPA. Kick the base malt up to 1.070 OG or so and add a little extra caramel malt, via special B, to the mix. Then 70 IBU of straight chinook.

14 pount two row
1.5 pound munich
.50 pound c20
.50 pound Special B
.25 pound debittered carafaa III
.125 pound black patent
.125 pound chocolate malt

1 oz chinook at 60
1 oz chinook at 45
1 oz chiook at 5
1 oz chinook at 1
1 oz chinook dry hop

looks tasty doesn't it.....?!
mash at 154
2 liter pacman yeast starter
