Sorry Coalcracker,

I saw those burners and blew a gasket. Is that Scuba Steves frame and not yours?

Electric will be nice. I used to finish concrete in the summers. One thing is the amount you need won't cost too much. The one thing is it will be really heavy so, maybe another set of casters under the middle. You can use that garage epoxy floor paint for color. Also, they make powder dyes to spread on top and work in when troweling.

Personally I would go to a home surplus and get a piece of cool granite that was cut wrong for cheap. You could make it look like the POL's. Good luck.

Thinking of doing a poured concrete counter on it. It is framed like DeepSix's 2.0 then painted black. Thinking of doing a natural concrete color. Or some other color since it can be dyed. Thoughts? It will be 18" x 48" x 2" thick
How about a picture of your current frame, that might help with a few ideas
In theory, theory and practice are the same thing, but not in practice

I think it is strat_thru_marshall's frame.
How I brew: Stir plate starters, Extract, Full boil in a Keggle, 10 gallon batches.
Brewing upgrades in progress: temp controlled ferment, stir plate re-work, building mash tun, milling station

Planned House Ales: an Amber, an IPA, a dark IPA, a Mango Ale, a blueberry oatmeal stout, a dry Irish stout, a honey wheat, Apfelwien

What kind of R-Value does your ferm chamber need? -
