Default hops harvest?

When is the commercial hops harvest? I remember there were tons of great deals last year in the fall... just wanted to know when that should be

I agree, I didn't jump on that deal because $18ish a pound and having to use 5x the amount or dry didn't add up for me...escpecially since I don't have and IPA's or dry hopping on my near future recipes
