Ingredients:
4.0 lb German 2-row Pils
5.5 lb German Wheat Malt
.6 oz Tettnanger (4.5%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min
.25 oz Tettnanger (4.5%) - added during boil, boiled 10.0 min

Mash 60 minutes @ 152F, mash out at 165F.


This is my house wheat. Easy drinking, subtle banana and clove notes, and a nice background hop character.
