I recently brewed an all grain hefeweizen and noticed little fermentation action, about one day in all. I left in primary for a month and bottled this week. Final sg was 1017. There was very little yeast cake and krausen in the fermenter. Color was dark, very cloudy and not very tasty. Did I get an incomplete fermentation. Will it improve with bottling?

More info on the recipe, mash temp, ferm temp, etc would be most helpful for us to try and help you.
