Default What temp to bottle condition Doppelbock?

Just bottled my Doppelbock. Only thing I am confused about is, do i bottle condition at room temp or does it go back in my fridge. Thanks in advance for any info.

did you brew it as an ale? either way, conditioning at room temp is quicker. if you brewed it as an ale, it's a must.

Bottle condition at the same temp you fermented it. After all, what you're doing is giving the yeast some more food to create CO2 inside the bottle, giving it the carbonation.

Palmer says leave it at room temperature. Papazian says leave it at room temperature for a week and then move it to a cold place for storage.

I bottled condition all beers at 75. Often I'll add T-58 yeast. The two points for carbonation do not change the flavor in the least.
