Boiling Time (Minutes): 60

Tasting Notes: Suprisingly smooth session bitter with strong hop flavors

This is a good recipe which resembles a Real Ale style UK bitter. Remember to drink it young, with a little carbonation and at about 50 f! It makes a big difference with the flavor.
