Actually, it would depend on size to determine the IBU's. The smaller ones are generally more potent so when brewing, always choose the lesser of two weevils.

as expected, when I called AHB, they credited me for the cost of the grains with the bugs. Great customer service!

For anyone buying and storing bulk grain, get a plastic tub that you can seal and some dry ice. Put a chunk of dry ice in the bottom, dump the grain on top and close the top of the container without sealing it (you initially want gas to escape as the dry ice sublimes and pushes the lighter gases out). After a few hours the dry ice should be completely gone leaving a nice CO2 blanket over your grains and keeping the buggies at bay.

That would really bug me. They look very well feed to me. Can you ask them what type of beer they prefer?
