My dads hobby is roasting coffee, he has been doing it for years. I have recently gotten the itch to collaborate with him but I don't know where to start. Any recipes?

I made this once, several years ago, but it was really good.

I used espresso, but you could use a dark roasted coffee and finely grind it to get the same effect.

I used this recipe a couple months ago. I used the cold-brew method and added it to my secondary. The reception was pretty meh at first, but after about a month in the keg, this stuff got really good. So I guess patience pays off. =)

I added a cup of strong cold-brewed coffee right after flameout. It got rave reviews.

I added 1/2 gal brewed coffee to secondary of a 5 gal batch. Waaaay too much. If you add to an already-fermented beer, go for about a pint. Consider adding lactose to the wort if you'd like to offset some of the coffee bitterness and give it a richer mouthfeel.
