Dry and hoppy with a nice malty backbone
This was influenced by another thread of mine. I switched it up some and gave it a try, I just kegged it and it tastes wonderful so I thought I would share.

Wow this looks great, I have been looking for a recipe that used citra and simcoe. I got a bunch from a hop farm near my house. Thanks Paulgs3 !
