You're right, it is CC. I was mixing it up with other desiccants; thanks for the clarification!

I use DampRid. It lasts roughly 8-9 months in my fermcab out in the detached garage. I know it says 60 days but until i see water building up in the bottom it doesn't get replaced. No mold or mildew in 2 years. At 10ish or less bucks that's tough to beat.
