Default Something Light

Just got back from the NS-LHBS with the makings for Bent Rod Rye, more honey, misc. stoppers & airlocks and two boxes of Northwestern Light, 80% Barley & 20% rice @ $2 for 1.5 kg. 3 kg is about right for a summer session ale, so I'll brew it for a few months. Joel also had some basic Better Bottles at a good price, but I so used to having spigots on my buckets, I passed.

Remember one unassailable statistic, as explained by the late, great George Carlin: "Just think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half of them are even stupider!"

"I would like to die on Mars, just not on impact." Elon Musk

Rice?? Going for a Bud light clone?

Nah j/k man that should be a good summer recipe. It's great to hear guys starting on the summer beers already! That implies summer's just around the corner. Not like I can complain we have only seen about 2 cm of snow so far this winter.
Every little thing is gonna be alright.
