just curious if anyone has heard of local wineries sharing their must or juice with home wine makers. There are a handful of small wineries near me and I thought of stopping in to ask them, but wasn't sure if this was "bad form".

I know of a cider mill that will fill carboys with juice but I'm not sure about a winery
damn I gotta brew something

Live in N.C. and have about 17 wineries around me. Finding that they do not want to sell surplus juice or grape to me. If anyone knows some who do in this state let me know...
