Default Best orange/bitter orange zest?

I'd like to try making some orange liqueur. Because oranges are out of season and because I'm a lazy sod, I'm hoping to buy pre-prepared dried zest instead. Can anyone recommend a place to buy some high-quality orange zest, and perhaps, if you've used it in one of your beers, describe the flavor?

Did you check any local organic shops? What about the Wine and Hop Shop (800-657-5199)? Haven't been there, but it is worth checking out.

I picked some up from there. It looks okay, but it's not hugely fragrant.
