Tasting Notes
Nicely balanced APA
Simple is better in my book; this is a straight-forward APA made with dry yeast and an easy grain bill. Primary only and straight to keg or bottle. I am sure this beer has been made before since it is just a twist on SNPA, but I love Chinook hops and love this beer. Cheers! :mug:

Grain Bill:

10 lbs 2-row
.75 lbs C-60

Hops:

.5 oz. Summit at 45 min
.75 oz. Chinook at 20 min
2 oz. Cascade at 0 min

Mash for 60 minutes at 150-152
Mashout at 170 for 10 minutes
Boil for 60 minutes

Based on 75% efficiency

Yeast: US-05

ABV: 5.2%
