Tasting Notes
Very citrusy notes from the hops, a little caramel coming through. Nicely balanced.

Well, I just wanted to post an update on this beer. I took a 3 gallon keg over to a friends house for his bday. We had a lot of BMC drinkers there, but they couldn't get enough of this stuff. It was a favorite because there was very little bitterness, but all kinds of flavor/aroma. Excellent IIPA.

Had a bottle of this stashed away in my cellar. I had completely forgot about it. I normally don't save IPAs, but I'm glad I did with this one. It was simply amazing. I wish I had more.

Will be brewing again soon.

Sounds like a tasty beer. I recently designed an IIPA and will be brewing it soon.

US05 is a perfect yeast for an American IPA. It's one of my favorite yeasts to use and it goes in probably 60% of my beers now.
