Default How old is too old for uncrushed malt?

At what point would you definitely toss a bag of uncrushed malt that has been kept dry and in mid 60's F? (in weeks/months/years? etc.)

hmmm. That's a good question. I definitely taste any malt over a year old, to see if it tasted ok. If it tasted ok, I'd keep it.

I guess I'd say if it tasted stale, I'd toss it. It really depends on storage conditions, but if it's stored well it should easily last a year or so.
