So I always freak myself out with my final brix reading and my FG, where can I find a brix to SG scale that takes alcohol into account? Or if someone would kindly tell me what my FG is with the correction that would help as well. original brix 12.2 OG should be about 1.050 so Final Brix is 6.8 what is my FG??

while I do appreciate the help, I can figure the brix to SG, but when the beer have fermented and now has alcohol in it that table won't work. other wise my beer would have gone from a OG of 1.050 to 1.027 and I really hope that this isn't the case as I have had this in the fermenter for about 3 weeks.

You may find this useful. Some say it isn't accurate. For me, it's just fine.

sweetness, book marked that. That helps a ton. So I did the calculation and now it says I'm sitting at about 1.015 which I think should be perfect, now just gotta sanitize my keg and into the frige it goes!
