You moved away 6 years ago and it's like you forgot the most important part. If you want it Iowa I would wash some bacon fat and add it, and make sure you get a little pig crap and pesticides in there as well. If you use local water, use river water, it is guaranteed to contain solid amounts of swine feces and pesticides. LOL J/K about the bacon fat part.....man I love bacon- where was I? Oh yeah, you can add the corn, not sure why however? I make Iowa Pale Ales all the time and they never use corn. But you can call it anything you want. Good luck.
