Yazoo doesn't give out yeast anymore since All Seasons is literally just down the road. Linus doesn't want Paul to feel like he's poaching his business.

1968 is the house yeast.

I brew this today. Into the fermenter, it seems like a winner. I did use Notty though, since I didn't have time to make a starter. Looking forward to the results!
