I have an ounce of Spalt Select that I'd like to use up. I'd be looking to use it in an ale recipe. Anybody have any ideas?

pick your favorite recipe and toss it in. its only an ounce its not going to affect much.

It'd be good in a cream ale or kolsch, I think. A little darker, an altbier would be tasty.
