So my wife bought a hefy to try as her firt brew.
Wish us luck hopefully she enjoy it...

My wife is hooked. She made a Irish Red and it came out great. She's now caught in the dilemma of whether to make the same batch again or to change it up but there's no question that she'll be brewing more.

Nice thing about hefeweizens, she won't have to worry about it clearing.
