Well I started my second batch of cider! woot! My first batch came out alot closer to an apple wine than cider. So this batch I'm going simple.
5 gallons Louisburg Cider
White labs English Cider Yeast
My last batch was in 1 gallon bottles, but now I'm using a 7.75gallon bucket. My question is should I expect the fermentation to take longer? Last time I gave it 2 weeks before I racked it, and another 3 before I bottled it. Should I follow the same timeline?
