I've recently bought a 4.5 gal (UK) cask (commonly known as a pin) from Hereford Casks Ltd.
I was wondering a few things...
Using the 4.5 UK gal batch that i normally brew;
What quantity of isinglass finings should i add to the cask?
Do i require any priming sugar?
How long should the cask be left to 'age'?
(It takes a few weeks for my bottles to come into condition and have no prior experience of isinglass)
