I have brewed BM's Cream of 3 Crops a few times and really enjoyed the beer, and once I made a higher gravity version for a party had a real crowd pleaser. So doing some equipment trades I ended up with a lot of Saaz hops, and thought, why not try a Saaz based version of the cream of 3 crops? I had some leftover perle and spalter hops as well and I have read they play nicely with saaz.
It's still a little under carbed at the moment but it is delicious. The hop finish gives it an almost ginger like spice. The hops in the mash were actually first wort hop.
Here is the recipe, (The FG is not accurate mine came out to about 1.016 last time I checked) from Brewpal:

Let's see a pic! And how do you think the Willamette and Saaz worked together? I'm thinking of using both in an American brown ale.
 
Totally forgot I posted this thread. The hops have a noble yet sort of ginger bite. I am loving it on the nitrogen tap. The lacing on the glass tells the story.
