Boddington's I can understand. The secret there is flaked barley and a nitro tap.


what is a nitro tap? Is that the co2 n2 blend.

Bud is easy....1. Remove dirty socks from feet. 2. Strain warm water through socks. 3. Chill and drink.

I know that recipe too.....but I use seltzer / mineral water....

Yes, plus the "Guinness" tap which has a diffuser built in. Although, I visited my homebrew shop this weekend and the owner told me to force carbonate my cold keg with C02 at 20 PSI shaking for about 20 minutes. Disconnect the C02 and Connect the N2 at 20PSI to push it. No more C02 from here on out. Does this sound right? I always thought it was a mix.

All I know is that my friend has a gas mix. Thats the only cylinder he has. Doesn't mean one way is better/right/etc. Just throwing out another experience. I personally don't have any experience...just CO2 for me.
