Cat turds. Really brings out the viscosity and helps improves "hipster" rating of the beer since sour beers are sooooo last year



The black is just the reflection of the beer under the pellicle that you can see.

5 month old lambic, top left in the better bottle.
the 3 one gallon guys are left over wort that i tossed a saved slurry of oud bruin into that are around 7-8 months old

Through the neck!
