Default Cracked Corn?

Wife bought a 50# bag for the chickens. I am looking at this crushed grain thinking maybe I could use this as an adjunct in a recipe. Any ideas?

Just remember, unlike flaked corn, cracked has to be cooked before mashing. If it's a flint-type, you may also get more hot break from the extra protein.

Corn is also good to lighten a pale for summer drinking. Swap out about 20% of the base grain.
Remember one unassailable statistic, as explained by the late, great George Carlin: "Just think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half of them are even stupider!"

"I would like to die on Mars, just not on impact." Elon Musk

I've used it in the Cream of 3 Crops recipe a couple of times. Do a cereal mash and go. I think it tastes great and the corn comes right through!

Beer is the mind-killer. Beer is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my beer. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see it's path. When the beer has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
