I have a hefeweizen fermenting with WLP380. It's a first day of fermentation, the airlock is bubbling like crazy, lots of activity on the bottom of the fermenter, but no krauzen at all. what does this mean?

I expected to see a lot of krauzen. the beer is fermenting at 68 F.

What percentage of wheat do you have? Although no krausen is unusual for a wheat, I wouldn't worry about it.
