With the pressure cooker hissing and my nerves frazzeled ... my glass of beer keeps emptying itself rather quickly.

you aren't canning yeast cells are you? unless you want to create organic energizer...

No, he's just canning sterile wort to be used as starters.

My beer evaporates faster than I can drink it also...must be one of them dang time warp continuum deja vu thingamajigs...
