My first thought on this is that I have brewed the PERFECT session beer. The Amarillo hops come through very nicely. On pouring, the citrus/floral aroma really shines, and it only gets better with tasting. About an inch of beautiful off-white head dissipates in a few minutes, and the lacing is to die for. This goes down so easily I wish I had brewed a 10 gallon batch.
I know this sounds over-the-top, but damn, this is one good beer. About the only thing I'm contemplating changing is perhaps upping the IBU's slightly to maybe 45 or so, probably making the change in the 60-minute hop addition.
I'll DEFINITELY be brewing this one again. I do believe I've found my house brew.
