Default na zdravi!

Hey there, I'm new to the homebrew thing. Just finished a newcastle clone I'm calling "attack of the geordies", and getting ready to start my second batch tomorrow. It's a honey wheat for summer time.

I'm impressed with all the resources on this forum, keep up the good work guys!

Cheers

Welcome! What does your title mean? Is it an Eastern European language?

It's Czech. It means "to your health" or basically cheers! I'm not Czech, but I visited Prague a few years back. Beautiful city!

I can appreciate the Czech intro. I hearken to my German/Austrian ancestry when I brew my malty lagers and altbiers. And Czech! Isn't the beer of Pilsen the most envied and copied in the world? Welcome to the addiction.
