Hello I am new to the wine making process and am almost ready to transfer my first kit wine to bottles. I have noticed on the side of the Carboy a bunch of white stuff that looks like the sediment on the bottom. I am just wondering if that is supposed to be there and it is normal. I thought all the sediment was supposed to fall to the bottom and not stick to the sides. I know i am new and this is probably a stupid questions. I am just trying to make sire i did not mess anything up.
