Recipe is too busy for my taste but still like it. I like to keep my crystal under .5lb or roughly 5%, anything more I find cloyingly sweet. In its place I will use some Munich or other darker kilned base malts. Your recipe appears to have taken this approach and is why I like it.

The bill is no more complex than Rogue's Mocha Porter and they use almost three times as much caramel. I like sweet porters, myself.

I question dry hopping a porter at all and NB is more of a bittering hop than a finish hop. I'd give this two weeks to clear, then sample it before dry hopping.

I recently had a Three Floyds Alpha Claus and it is a very very hoppy porter. I got the taste to brew one so thats why Im thinking of dry hopping. Should I go with 2 oz of kent goldings instead? thanks

EKG would be a much better choice. Or maybe 1 oz. of EKG and one of Fuggles. They play well together.
