Hi all! My name is Josh, I have been a lurker around here for a while and as I have finally started brewing on my own I registered. I am 24 and found my dads idle brewing equipment in the attic (will be doing extract brews only due to time and money constraints). I have been interested in brewing and drinking beer for quite some time now thanks to my dad. I am also what I consider to be a fairly advanced cook even though I don't work in a restaurant, just can't afford culinary school. (I cook gourmet for a group of about 20 friends on a weekly basis and know how to use an immersion circulator). Oh and I'm poor:cross: That about covers it. I am looking forward to talking to and learning from you all.
