I have everything all setup. I've decided to cold crash my 10day old Irish Ale for a day before i put CO2 on it. Its in the Keg right now.
I was thinking of putting 30psi on it for 2 days then bringing it back to 12 or so. The temperature is about 8C.
Can i speed it up? I know patience is important with this hobby but its really hard at this point.
What about the shake method.
btw its from Kegconnections. Looks good so far. Will have to see how it goes when i actually run it.
