I did an extract one. I used a pound of nectar.

The flavor was really good.

Where did you add the agave? I can't decide - at flameout, after primary fermentation, or into the secondary.

A little old here, but do you have the recipe you used for the Extract version? There is not much agave beer info around here!

Basically do a honey-hefe and sub agave.

steep for 30 min at 160F

3# wheat DME
2# Dutch light DME
1# Dutch amber DME

24oz light agave nectar

1oz Perle, 7.2%AA, 90 minutes
1oz Willamette, 4.3%AA, 30 minutes

Wyeast 3333
